Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair that has been opened, worn, installed, dyed, bleached, or altered in any way.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in its original condition, unused, and unaltered
  
• Have all security ties, tags, and packaging intact
  
• Be returned within 7 days of delivery
  

Once inspected and approved, we will issue a store credit or exchange. Refunds are only granted in the rare case of a manufacturer’s fault or an incorrect item being shipped.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  
• Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed as your order will already be in processing.

Custom units, sale items, and promotional bundles are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
